Michael Mogan MBE
Michael Mogan MBE, began his fundraising journey in the early 90s with the ExtraCare Charitable Trust.
From raising millions for the charity’s care homes, Michael moved to Coventry Cathedral, working with inspirational leaders (including The Most Rev Justin Welby) on restoration, reconciliation and preservation projects.
Highlights included sourcing donations for peace initiatives in Nigeria and Iraq, as well as installing disabled access. The individual-giving model used for the Millennium Chapel campaign brought significant sums and generated a phenomenal level of media interest.
This experience of building a public-facing campaign continues to benefit many clients.
In 2007, after a dozen years, Michael tested his skills on other areas, securing funds for Armonico Consort; a super charity and incredibly gifted group of musicians.
Thereafter, through the creation of M&M in 2010, Michael has partnered dozens of charities, leading to their raising tens of millions of pounds.
In 2014, Michael joined Coventry’s City of Culture bid team. As the first full time team-member, he was charged with securing the money that would show Coventry was a serious contender.
Using an extensive fundraising mix, Michael brought 150+ businesses to the table at £10K+. Add to this £1M of trust support and individuals giving £100K+, it’s easy to see why Michael’s efforts were decisive in the campaign’s success.
Using this experience, we help others consider routes to CSR and corporate funding and to better understand the reasons businesses might get on board.
For those bidding for such awards, we can help. Michael’s five years at 2021 were truly unforgettable and will have helped shape the future of his home city.
From 2019, Michael has worked with Swim England on a Part-Time basis. Quickly, he reacted to the pandemic, supporting swimming clubs around the country to secure crowdfunding, trust and corporate backing.
By building relationships with Crowdfunder and Sport England, we have developed skills in the ever-growing field of fundraising from the crowd. Again, a set of skills that we enjoy sharing with new clients.

Diane Kaczmar
Diane’s fundraising career began with a local bereavement counselling service before moving on to become Trusts and Lottery Fundraising Manager at Home-Start UK, a role she undertook for 10 years, raising millions for both the national charity and local schemes.
Since becoming a freelance fundraiser in 2013, much of Diane’s work has been undertaking the trust fundraising function for a range of local or small national charities that do not have either the knowledge or capacity to raise income from charitable trusts.
She has successfully secured core and project funding for charities, identified new funders and helped clients build a portfolio of trust donors for future re-approach. Over 70% of clients have gone on to re-engage our trust funding services, with many opting for long term engagements of 12 months+.
