We have helped a number of hospitals by;
- building a Development Board
- training staff who have limited fundraising experience
- providing mentoring for Directors
Fundraisers can operate in high-pressure, target-driven environments and having a sounding board – or an ideas generator – offering support can really make a difference.
These services can be offered to all charities, not just NHS Trusts and we often help partners on the very first steps of their fundraising journeys.
On a number of occasions, we have been asked to build fundraising teams: This can involve our input into the recruitment process or the training of newcomers to the fundraising sphere.
On several occasions, NHS charities have seconded skilled team members to the new fundraising department and our input can empower these newcomers to the fundraising world to go on to achieve great things.
